Irish Sea Moss, or Chondrus Crispus is an edible algae. It grows on the Atlantic Coastlines of North America, Europe and the Caribbean Islands.
Is there fake Sea Moss?

How do I use Sea Moss Gel?
My favourite way to use Sea Moss is to add it in to my morning smoothie. You can also add to tea, or as an additive or thickener to your cooking like Spaghetti Bolognese. It’s also completely safe to eat it straight from the jar. One of my customers mixes it with their jam and another to their peppermint tea!

How much can I consume?
We advise 2tbsp daily to gain the benefits of this superfood!
How long does Sea Moss Gel last?
Unopened in an airtight container, it can last in the fridge for 1 month. Once opened please consume between 2-3 weeks. It can also be stored in the freezer up to 6 months.
We suggest that you use a ice cube tray and fill this with the Sea Moss gel. Once it’s frozen, store in an airtight zip lock bag / food bag. These portions sizes are super convenient to have. These should be used within 6 months.
Does Sea Moss have a strong smell or taste?
Our Sea Moss gel is 100% Natural. It contains Sea Moss, Spring Water and Lime Juice. No preservatives or chemicals. Lime Juice is used as a natural method to preserve the gel. Sea Moss has a natural smell which I compare to a fresh sea breeze. This smell can get stronger with time, but with all the benefits of this pot of goodness, who cares!
I have lots of questions concerned about the taste and texture of Sea Moss. Sea Moss has a really mild taste and because of the light gel texture, when mixed with foods or drinks, it becomes tasteless.
Can children eat Sea Moss gel?

Sea Moss gel is also safe during pregnancy and helps maintain a healthy mineral and vitamin level.
